Oversee and motivate sales representatives, develop and execute sales plans, set and monitor goals, prepare performance reports, coordinate with marketing, manage client relationships, train staff, resolve complaints, promote products, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.

Supports menswear product development from sourcing fabrics, yarns, prints, and garments through costing, samples, supplier coordination, and seasonal buy meetings. Maintains product trackers, tech packs, critical path updates, sample schedules, and pricing information. Works with Design, Buying, Merchandising, Technical, Sustainability, and suppliers to resolve queries, improve margins, maintain quality, and meet delivery deadlines while developing expertise in sustainable product development.

Supports and improves business-critical applications, integrations, automations, reporting processes, and data flows. Monitors daily operations, investigates and resolves incidents, maintains documentation, supports users, collaborates with vendors, and delivers small process and system improvements using Microsoft Power Platform and PowerShell. The role follows ITIL-aligned processes and requires rota-based flexibility, including early starts, late finishes, and weekend work.
