Provides premium menswear customer service while supporting daily store operations as a keyholder. Opens and closes the store, motivates and delegates to sales staff, supports management, and drives achievement of sales targets and store KPIs.

Owns sourcing and product development across womenswear categories, from concept through production. Responsibilities include supplier relationship management, cost negotiation, pricing and margin ownership, product sampling, critical path management, risk escalation, and cross-functional collaboration with Design, Buying, Merchandising, Technical, Sustainability, and Fabric teams. The role also advises on garment fit and technical changes while supporting sustainable fabric and trim development.

Partner with business areas to deliver the People Plan, advising across the employee lifecycle and managing employee relations, organizational change, and restructures. Use people data and engagement insights to improve employee experience and processes. Support performance, pay reviews, progression, leave administration, culture, inclusion, wellbeing, and reward initiatives. Coach leaders and collaborate with the wider People Team on strategic projects and consistent people practices.
