Manage and motivate a retail sales team, deliver premium customer experiences, drive KPI performance, support store operations, communicate business plans, provide product expertise, conduct team briefings, and assist with employee development in a luxury retail environment.

Create and develop womenswear patterns using draping and CAD, translating designer sketches into accurate, commercially viable garments. Collaborate with designers, garment technologists, sample machinists, print teams, and suppliers through toile and sample development. Maintain blocks, prepare layplans, calculate fabric consumption, engineer print placements, attend fit sessions, amend patterns, and help manage the pattern room while meeting quality standards and tight deadlines.

Manage and develop the sales team to achieve customer acquisition and revenue targets. Responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, building customer relationships, attending client meetings, understanding products and services, and analyzing competitors. The role requires strong communication, business acumen, motivation, organizational ability, and demonstrated sales growth experience.
