Supports global operational, financial, compliance, and SOX audits. Reviews risks and internal controls, performs walkthroughs and control testing, documents findings, drafts audit reports, monitors remediation, analyzes data and processes, and collaborates with stakeholders and audit teams in a life insurance and reinsurance environment.

Conduct actuarial research for UK life and health reinsurance, producing and monitoring pricing and valuation assumptions across mortality, morbidity, persistency, longevity, and annuity products. Develop statistical and predictive models, improve processes through programming and automation, manage research projects, contribute to market strategy, and communicate technical findings through client presentations, industry working parties, and internal committees.

Lead RGA’s global financial crimes compliance function covering AML, sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption, fraud risk, and related matters. Serve as the principal subject matter expert, resolve complex cases, oversee regulatory interactions, and build a technology-enabled, risk-based program. Responsibilities include selecting and tuning screening tools, establishing policies and controls, developing monitoring and reporting capabilities, managing reinsurance-related risks, and building a high-performing global team.
