Own Refractal’s infrastructure, release processes, cloud deployments, and customer-hosted packaging. Responsibilities include hardening Google Cloud, building secure CI/CD pipelines with signed artifacts and supply-chain verification, managing secrets and environment isolation, automating compliance controls, and improving observability. The role requires production infrastructure ownership, Terraform, Kubernetes, cloud networking and IAM, software supply-chain security, and Python or Go automation.

Manage UK and European enterprise customers after signing by leading technical onboarding, troubleshooting integrations, coordinating engineering escalations, driving adoption, conducting business reviews, owning renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities. The role also translates customer feedback into product requirements and creates scalable technical account management playbooks. Success requires strong retention and expansion performance, technical knowledge of cloud, APIs, identity, SaaS integrations, and AI agents, plus confidence with senior stakeholders.

Build and own Refractal’s data foundation, including a cryptographically signed evidence store, streaming and batch pipelines, data quality and retention controls, compliance reporting datasets, and training and evaluation data. Partner with integrations, data science, and security teams to support regulated customers, ensuring strong provenance, auditability, multi-tenant isolation, data residency, and deletion controls.
