Leads Refractal’s content and marketing function by producing technical AI security content, developing sales enablement materials, running campaigns, webinars, and events, and managing digital channels. The role collaborates with sales, partners, engineers, and researchers to generate measurable marketing-sourced pipeline and communicate complex security topics clearly to B2B technology audiences.

Works directly with company founders to scope and deliver priority projects across commercial execution, recruiting, market and competitor research, and operational process improvement. The role requires framing ambiguous problems, producing concise recommendations, coordinating owners and milestones, improving workflows, and creating durable documentation. Lead product design for an AI security platform, including operator console workflows, policy authoring, investigations, audit reporting, and a product design system. Translate complex technical data into clear interfaces, conduct customer research, collaborate with engineers to ship designs in React, and contribute to brand and website visuals. Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, proofs of value, integration assessments, troubleshooting, due diligence, and customer handovers for an AI security product. The role partners with sales, security, and engineering teams, translates customer problems into testable requirements, supports API and data investigations, and communicates product capabilities, limitations, and evaluation results to technical and business audiences.

Own and operate secure, reliable production infrastructure across enforcement runtimes, observability, distributed tracing, evidence storage, tenant isolation, event streaming, model services, cloud infrastructure, and continuous delivery. Build systems with predictable latency and failure behavior while managing retries, backpressure, data integrity, secrets, artifact verification, and production trust boundaries.
