Build production-grade AI agents, integrations, data pipelines, and infrastructure directly within strategic customer environments. Engineers rapidly navigate unfamiliar codebases and data stacks, own technical delivery through production deployment and handoff, communicate credibly with customer engineering teams, document and train users, and feed recurring engagement insights back to Product and Engineering. The role requires 30–50% travel during active engagements and emphasizes backend systems, agent integrations, real-world deployments, and maintainable customer outcomes.

Own commercial sales for Redpanda across EMEA, targeting companies with 2,500 or fewer employees. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, qualifying and closing opportunities, delivering presentations and demonstrations, supporting technical evaluations, aligning solutions to customer needs, building pipeline and new logos, forecasting revenue, and coordinating internal teams. The role requires B2B SaaS sales experience, technical and executive selling skills, quota attainment, strong discovery, and familiarity with open-source, cloud, and infrastructure software.

Partner with sales teams to qualify and close opportunities by leading technical briefings, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, solution architectures, and integration prototypes. Address customer technical objections, support evaluations, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and communicate customer feedback. The role requires experience with infrastructure and streaming technologies, Kafka, Linux, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and multiple programming languages, with travel to customers and industry events.
