The role delivers large-scale customer infrastructure solutions covering networking, storage, security, monitoring, logging, high availability, and resilience. It advises senior executives, supports Agile and DevOps engagements, mentors consultants, and guides customers across the UK and EMEA.

Lead AI architecture and consulting engagements for UKI customers, supporting sales, scoping, workshops, solution architecture, statements of work, and business development. Develop reusable AI consulting solutions, enable regional teams, and lead the design and implementation of complex AI systems. Advise customers on AI value, predictive and generative models, MLOps, model serving, guardrails, agentic systems, and observability. Regular travel across London and Dublin is required.

Provide technical consulting for UK public sector customers by designing and implementing secure, scalable infrastructure architectures. Translate business requirements into solutions using Linux, Red Hat OpenShift, automation, infrastructure-as-code, and virtualization technologies. Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, support project delivery, evaluate emerging technologies, and maintain customer and team relationships. The role requires 100% onsite work and active highest-level UK defence security clearance.
