Teams at Red Hat

Serves as a trusted security advisor and technical interface between Lightwell customers and Red Hat engineering teams. Guides customers on security patching, software supply chains, CI/CD, containerized deployments, artifact repositories, and secure development practices. Develops engagement plans, documents environments, resolves technical issues, mentors customer teams, contributes to knowledge bases, and creates solution patterns for enterprise adoption. Requires extensive software, security, DevOps, and customer advisory experience, with international travel as needed.

Work onsite with UK public sector customers to design and deliver secure, resilient infrastructure solutions using Red Hat technologies. Act as a technical consultant and trusted advisor, translate business needs into architectures, support project activities, apply automation and IaC, and build strong customer relationships while staying current with emerging Red Hat solutions.

The Virtualization Architect drives adoption of Red Hat's virtualization solutions, designs project scopes, leads consulting teams, and ensures customer satisfaction through innovative solution delivery and thought leadership.
