Serves as a trusted security advisor and technical interface between Lightwell customers and Red Hat engineering teams. Guides customers on security patching, software supply chains, CI/CD, containerized deployments, artifact repositories, and secure development practices. Develops engagement plans, documents environments, resolves technical issues, mentors customer teams, contributes to knowledge bases, and creates solution patterns for enterprise adoption. Requires extensive software, security, DevOps, and customer advisory experience, with international travel as needed.

Provide technical consulting for UK public sector customers by designing and implementing secure, scalable infrastructure architectures. Translate business requirements into solutions using Linux, Red Hat OpenShift, automation, infrastructure-as-code, and virtualization technologies. Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, support project delivery, evaluate emerging technologies, and maintain customer and team relationships. The role requires 100% onsite work and active highest-level UK defence security clearance.
