Serve as SAP super-user and central coordinator for supply chain systems (SAP, EDI, Celonis, Esker). Own customer master and pricing data, drive process mining, RPA and reporting improvements, build Power BI/Excel dashboards, support EDI onboarding, and manage technical projects and documentation to optimize supply chain operations.

Manage ecommerce national accounts to deliver volume, share, profit and net revenue targets. Build joint business plans, forecast and evaluate promotions, manage P&L, collaborate with cross-functional teams (category, logistics, finance, marketing), and maintain customer and internal contact strategies. Represent the brand and drive distribution, online shelf share and key placements.
