Leads sales finance controlling for Red Bull UK, partnering with Commercial Directors on revenue, volume, pricing, investment, forecasting, and performance improvement. Manages month-end close, revenue recognition, accruals, reporting, financial modeling, risk and opportunity analysis, and strategic business cases. Leads and develops a high-performing finance business partnering team while ensuring compliance, data quality, systems effectiveness, and strong local and headquarters relationships.

Drive Total Soft Drinks and Energy category sales and profit for Morrisons through data-driven insights, range and distribution recommendations, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and digital initiatives. Build trusted relationships with grocery customer stakeholders, lead category reviews and trials, provide strategic thought leadership, and improve space and distribution performance.

Manage Red Bull’s ecommerce national accounts, delivering volume, share, profit, and net revenue targets. Responsibilities include developing joint business plans, forecasting promotional and base volumes, evaluating account activity, managing P&L and operational cycles, coordinating customer and internal stakeholders, and improving online distribution, shelf share, and product placements. The role also requires brand advocacy, sales data analysis, customer negotiations, and regular travel across the UK, including weekly visits to the London office.
