Lead product discovery and delivery for client engagements: define vision and roadmap, own the backlog, champion user-centred design and data-driven decisions, mentor teams, and influence stakeholders to launch and iterate digital products.

Lead product strategy, vision, discovery, validation, backlog ownership, and delivery for complex digital transformation engagements. Partner with client executives and multidisciplinary teams to launch valuable digital products and services. Act as a trusted consultant, mentor product managers, grow Red Badger’s product capability, support hiring and thought leadership, and champion agile, lean, user-centred, and data-informed practices.

Leads strategic UX research across multiple product teams, combining qualitative and quantitative methods to guide discovery, prioritization, and roadmap decisions. Establishes research standards, ethics, governance, and reusable Research Operations practices. Coaches designers and clients, manages researchers, advises senior stakeholders, and embeds customer insight into enterprise product strategy. The role also contributes to consulting capability, hiring, knowledge sharing, and public thought leadership.
