Lead product strategy, vision, discovery, validation, backlog ownership, and delivery for complex digital transformation engagements. Partner with client executives and multidisciplinary teams to launch valuable digital products and services. Act as a trusted consultant, mentor product managers, grow Red Badger’s product capability, support hiring and thought leadership, and champion agile, lean, user-centred, and data-informed practices.

Lead end-to-end product design across complex, multi-team client programmes. Define product and design strategies, facilitate workshops, create user-centered digital experiences, and collaborate with product and technology teams through delivery. Coach and mentor designers, establish design systems and principles, influence senior clients and stakeholders, support sales activities, and champion Lean, Agile, Human-Centered Design, and Design Thinking practices.

Lead UX design for a bank CMS discovery and transformation project. Facilitate workshops and design sprints, conduct user research and testing, audit existing experiences, prototype from low to high fidelity, and advise product owners on backlog priorities. Work as the sole UX designer within a cross-functional team, collaborating with clients, product, engineering, QA, and delivery stakeholders while applying Human Centred Design, Design Thinking, and Lean UX principles.
