Own end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ER case management, policy and governance, reward and benefits, resourcing, performance, engagement, H&S and People MI while managing and developing the People team.

Own and grow broker and direct customer relationships to originate commercial and residential property-secured loans. Produce credit papers, perform credit analysis, ensure proposals meet risk appetite and returns, support product appetite reviews, mentor junior lending staff, manage data quality, represent the bank at broker events, and ensure regulatory and compliance adherence.
