Supervise daily treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, cash flow reconciliation, multi-currency payments, funding, and FX hedging. Ensure payment obligations, liquidity requirements, risk limits, and regulatory controls are met. The role also supports business continuity, disaster recovery, system upgrades, process automation, and strategic liquidity projects while collaborating with global internal and external partners.

Supports Corporate Services operations across EMEA and APAC offices, including facilities, real estate, procurement, invoices, leases, vendor coordination, HSE compliance, travel escalations, helpdesk issues, records management, communications, disaster recovery, and administrative tasks. The role handles office queries, contractor interactions, workplace safety processes, print services, and operational support for regional offices.

Provide legal support to EMEA Real Estate within Alternatives: advise on structuring, launching and restructuring funds, draft and negotiate fund and service contracts, support governance and regulatory matters across UK and Europe, collaborate with portfolio managers, tax, finance and operations, supervise secondee trainee, and contribute to General Counsel Organisation priorities including responsible use of technology (eg. AI). Role operates in a hybrid legal model with strong business-facing collaboration and in-office presence.
