Build and maintain investment data solutions, quantitative models, performance attribution systems, dashboards, and reporting workflows. Validate data quality, automate analytical processes, support backtesting and scenario analysis, apply model governance, and collaborate with investment, technology, and risk teams. The role also evaluates emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, to improve investment research and decision-making.

Supports investment performance measurement by collecting and reconciling portfolio and benchmark data, analyzing returns, resolving data issues, and producing performance and attribution reports. Communicates performance information to clients, marketing, investment professionals, and management. The role also contributes to report automation and departmental projects while ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Provides personal assistant and administrative support to a seven-person real estate investment team. Responsibilities include managing calendars, meetings, travel, reporting schedules, governance deadlines, document approvals, minutes, action tracking, property records, databases, and stakeholder communications. The role requires strong organization, discretion, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams. This is a full-time, six-month fixed-term role requiring at least four days per week in the office.
