Supervise daily treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, cash flow reconciliation, multi-currency payments, funding, and FX hedging. Provide legal support to EMEA Real Estate within Alternatives: advise on structuring, launching and restructuring funds, draft and negotiate fund and service contracts, support governance and regulatory matters across UK and Europe, collaborate with portfolio managers, tax, finance and operations, supervise secondee trainee, and contribute to General Counsel Organisation priorities including responsible use of technology (eg. AI). Role operates in a hybrid legal model with strong business-facing collaboration and in-office presence.

Perform fundamental bottom-up research on European small-cap equities, build financial models and valuations, conduct due diligence and company meetings, generate high-conviction investment ideas, prepare stock and sector materials, and travel across Europe for on-site research and conferences.

Lead and execute recurring compensation operations including administration, reconciliations, reporting, controls, documentation, testing, and year-end readiness. Serve as a capability owner, support audits/SOX, improve workflows, and provide training and cross-training while managing multiple priorities.

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating internal Brand/Creative teams and external agencies. Translate strategy into executable plans, manage schedules, budgets, tracking, reporting, and optimization. Coach and mentor producers, ensure brand alignment, scalability of processes, and delivery of customer-focused marketing outcomes.

Lead data analysis and modeling efforts, managing large datasets, and translating insights into actionable business knowledge while providing analytical thought leadership.

Support delivery of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime across EMEA by maintaining SMCR documentation and records, managing certification activities, coordinating with Compliance, HR and Operational Risk, supporting regulatory submissions, and improving SMCR processes and automation while advising stakeholders on requirements and ensuring control effectiveness.

Manage LDI and derivative portfolios, construct hedges against liabilities, monitor risk and performance, oversee OTC derivative trades, develop market views and products, prepare client communications, and maintain relationships with trading desks and stakeholders.

Provide employment law support to the Global Employment Law Team. Advise on contentious and non-contentious HR matters, draft contracts, policies and settlement agreements, assist with employment and benefits litigation, conduct legal research, liaise with external counsel, support transformation and M&A-related employment issues, manage Benefits Committee legal deliverables, and handle an independent caseload with structured supervision.

Design and implement automation and reporting solutions for Controllership using Python, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric. Build reconciliations, dashboards, controls, and drive finance transformation while partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Data.

Perform fundamental research and credit analysis on emerging market sovereign and quasi-sovereign issuers, generate relative performance ratings and investment recommendations, collaborate with analysts and portfolio managers, contribute thematic research, support client communications, and produce occasional external thought leadership.

Lead design, development and launch of European fund products (Luxembourg/Ireland). Manage research, competitor analysis, business cases, seed funding, stakeholder project groups, product specs and post-launch reviews, ensuring regulatory compliance, strong customer outcomes and commercial success.
