Lead architecture and technical design across Ravio’s web application, agentic platform, and shared infrastructure. Build reliable distributed systems, durable workflows, data platforms, and scalable services while driving code quality, observability, performance, and technical decisions. This hands-on Staff Engineer role requires technical leadership during a major platform shift and includes developing agentic systems, multi-service orchestration, and LLM evaluation infrastructure.

Serve as Ravio’s first dedicated in-house legal counsel, owning commercial contracts, corporate matters, employment issues, privacy documentation, data protection compliance, governance, and external counsel relationships. Support SOC 2 and ISO certification cycles, administer Vanta, manage security questionnaires, and advise leadership and cross-functional teams on legal and regulatory risks. The role requires independent ownership, practical contract negotiation, strong UK/EU privacy expertise, and hands-on compliance operations experience.

Full-cycle B2B SaaS Account Executive covering an EMEA territory. Prospect, demo, negotiate, and close deals while managing many parallel opportunities. Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to onboard customers, share market feedback, and promote Ravio's compensation insights and emerging AI/agentic capabilities.
