Serve as Ravio’s first dedicated in-house legal counsel, owning commercial contracts, corporate matters, employment issues, privacy documentation, data protection compliance, governance, and external counsel relationships. Support SOC 2 and ISO certification cycles, administer Vanta, manage security questionnaires, and advise leadership and cross-functional teams on legal and regulatory risks. The role requires independent ownership, practical contract negotiation, strong UK/EU privacy expertise, and hands-on compliance operations experience.

Full-cycle B2B SaaS Account Executive covering an EMEA territory. Prospect, demo, negotiate, and close deals while managing many parallel opportunities. Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to onboard customers, share market feedback, and promote Ravio's compensation insights and emerging AI/agentic capabilities.

Lead technical design and architecture across the stack during a platform shift to an agentic platform. Own system design for durability, orchestration, performance, cost, and observability. Drive technical decisions, code and design reviews, and ship quickly as a hands-on individual contributor while enabling future engineering growth and potential people management.
