Teams at Ramp

Provide high-touch customer support through phone, email, and chat. Diagnose issues across payments, cards, travel, banking, and accounting integrations; manage escalations across internal teams; and ensure end-to-end resolution. Use and improve AI-powered tools, identify process gaps, build workflows and automations, and communicate clearly with financially sophisticated customers. The role includes UK overnight coverage, rotating weekends and holidays, and requires the right to work in the UK.

Own and produce localized static and motion creative for Ramp’s international paid acquisition campaigns across the UK and EU. Design ads, develop creative concepts and variants, adapt US playbooks for local markets, build scalable templates and automation systems, and iterate using performance data. Collaborate with performance marketing, copywriting, and product marketing teams while exploring AI-native workflows and evolving Ramp’s international brand presence.

Build and operate international payment infrastructure supporting multiple countries, currencies, regulatory regimes, and banking rails. Design scalable multi-currency accounting and reconciliation systems, integrate with partners, launch new markets, and improve production reliability. Collaborate with compliance, product, operations, and external partners while owning solutions end to end from architecture through deployment and ongoing operations.
