Supports noise and vibration consultancy projects through site surveys, technical calculations, assessments, monitoring, mitigation advice, and report preparation. The role covers planning, construction, environmental impact, building acoustics, and infrastructure projects across rail, residential, data centre, and energy sectors. It also involves preparing proposals, communicating with clients and project teams, and coordinating personal workloads while developing consultancy expertise.

Provides HR generalist and operational support across Belgium and the Netherlands throughout the employee lifecycle. Advises managers and employees on HR policies, processes, employment requirements, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance and talent programs, and organizational change. Maintains HR data, supports reporting, improves processes, and contributes to cross-country HR projects while collaborating within an international matrix organization.

Conduct hydrological assessments, flood risk studies, and hydraulic modelling for UK and international infrastructure, water management, climate resilience, mining, hydropower, and development projects. Evaluate data, assumptions, model performance, and results; provide technically robust client advice; support project delivery, quality assurance, proposals, and business development. Collaborate across disciplines, contribute to client relationships, and mentor less experienced colleagues.
