The Technical Director will lead coastal engineering projects, drive business growth, manage teams, and ensure technical excellence while fostering client relationships and sustainable solutions.

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will manage projects, undertake detailed designs, enhance client relationships, and supervise engineers while focusing on digital and parametric design.

Provide commercial, contractual and financial management for building projects across bid and delivery phases. Prepare estimates, tender and contract documentation, cost analysis, forecasting and reporting. Lead project controls, invoicing, change management, subconsultant procurement, contract review, claims negotiation and dispute support. Maintain commercial records, performance reporting, and advise on commercial risk and opportunities to protect profitability.
