Lead a hands-on analytics role to design and build a scalable cost-to-serve model, integrate and transform multi-source data, ensure data quality, run scenario and statistical models, and translate outputs into actionable operational excellence insights for stakeholders.

Support delivery of the advice marketing plan by creating multichannel campaigns and collateral, managing digital and social content, maintaining marketing materials via MPAH, coordinating award entries, managing adviser enquiries, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

Provide second-line compliance advice on FCA rules, monitor registers (personal dealing, gifts & hospitality, conflicts), analyze breaches, support SMCR and regulatory reporting, produce compliance reports, and maintain stakeholder relationships across first and second line.
