Provides proactive executive assistant support to two senior leaders, including complex diary and meeting management, UK and international travel coordination, event logistics, inbox and expense administration, document preparation, meeting action tracking, and confidential information handling. The role also supports process improvements, risk controls, regulatory compliance, and responsible use of approved AI tools while coordinating with senior stakeholders and the wider executive support network.

Provide second-line compliance advice on FCA rules, monitor registers (personal dealing, gifts & hospitality, conflicts), analyze breaches, support SMCR and regulatory reporting, produce compliance reports, and maintain stakeholder relationships across first and second line.

Provide governance, coordination and process management for the investment function. Maintain governance documents, support investment decision-making, drive process improvements and automation with Technology, design KPIs, and liaise with stakeholders, auditors and external providers to reduce operational risk and strengthen resilience.
