Research and analyze adviser needs, market developments, competitors, providers, and regulatory information to support financial advice proposition development. Build evidence packs, briefings, governance materials, and due diligence outputs; coordinate stakeholders and third parties; track actions and deadlines; identify trends and evidence gaps; support fund research; and improve processes, templates, and records through effective technology use.

Supports controlled client departures by monitoring leaver and account-closure workflows, authorizing outgoing payments, coordinating with internal teams, resolving issues, updating records, and escalating risks. Maintains regulatory and operational controls, produces workflow information, and contributes to process improvement, automation, procedure development, and cross-training within Custody & Nominees. The role requires strong organization, investigation, communication, stakeholder management, and careful use of digital and AI-enabled tools.

Manages end-to-end practice acquisitions, management buy-outs, and succession planning across a financial services network. Develops processes, controls, proposition materials, and management information while overseeing transactions through completion. Builds relationships with firms, Partners, senior stakeholders, legal advisers, and external specialists. Ensures compliance with legal, commercial, regulatory, risk, and customer outcome requirements, while monitoring performance and identifying process improvements.
