Translate and post-edit German-to-English intellectual property documents, ensuring accuracy, consistent terminology, style-guide compliance, and publication standards. Review and quality-control translations, manage translation memories and term bases, evaluate translator performance, support vendors, and occasionally train new staff. The role requires advanced German and English proficiency, strong editing and proofreading skills, attention to detail, research ability, deadline management, and experience with CAT tools.

Develop and retain a portfolio of translation and intellectual property service clients across the UK and Nordics. Responsibilities include prospecting, account growth, cross-selling, complex sales, customer retention, competitive monitoring, trade-show representation, forecasting, CRM reporting, and business planning. The role requires selling high-value services to corporate and law-firm clients, building executive-level relationships, and working independently in a mostly remote environment.
