Support the CRM Technical Manager and team to deliver automated, data-driven email, SMS and messaging campaigns. Responsibilities include troubleshooting journeys and HTML rendering, managing automations and integrations, QA and data quality, IP warm-ups and deliverability, building HTML modules, monitoring campaigns, handling Jira tickets, and working cross-functionally with Analytics, Product and Tech.

Maintain accurate merchant records, onboard new merchants end-to-end, run regular quality checks on deals/pages, manage content and access, and coordinate with Commercial, BI, and Operations to improve processes and automation.
