Teams at Quantum (quantum.media)

Leads the data engineering function, including team development, technical strategy, data infrastructure scaling, and delivery roadmap ownership. Partners with product, marketing, commercial, and executive leaders to prioritize data initiatives that drive business performance. The role requires hands-on technical credibility, strong commercial judgment, stakeholder communication, and adoption of AI-led development practices.

Design conversion-focused landing pages, forms, offer pages, comparison tables, and user journeys for experimentation. Create test variants from CRO hypotheses through developer-ready designs, collaborate with CRO, creative, and development teams, maintain reusable Figma components, support rewards brands, and contribute to usability research and experiment analysis.

Own production forecasting and strategy models end to end, including data infrastructure, statistical and machine learning model selection, experimentation, evaluation, and decision-ready reporting. The role requires Python and SQL expertise, strong experiment design, and the ability to communicate complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders while collaborating with the analytics team and responsibly using AI.
