Leads Customer Success Management across Digital Europe, owning strategy, team performance, customer adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and value realization. Aligns Customer Success with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, and Finance while scaling customer engagement models, monitoring success metrics, managing regional coverage, and developing talent. The role requires senior leadership across multicultural, multi-country European markets and supports transformation, operating-model change, and recurring revenue growth.

Leads strategy, roadmap, product outcomes, and P&L for Quadient’s on-premise CXM Flex portfolio. Oversees product management, platform modernization, AI integration, security and compliance capabilities, customer migration to SaaS, lifecycle management, enterprise account support, competitive positioning, and M&A evaluations. Partners with engineering, sales, customer success, and professional services while protecting renewals, ARR, NRR, and customer satisfaction.
