Owns build-versus-partner-versus-acquire recommendations, co-innovation programs, product portfolio alignment, partner governance, due diligence, executive relationships, and joint go-to-market strategy. The role manages a small global alliances team, negotiates strategic technology partnerships, supports platform evolution, and coordinates with Product, R&D, Sales, Legal, Security, and Corporate Development.

Leads Quadient’s global e-commerce business with full P&L accountability, owning revenue growth, customer acquisition, lifetime value, operating expenses, and digital transformation. The role drives the shift from sales-led to self-service purchasing, oversees the e-commerce platform roadmap and integrations, builds analytics capabilities, applies AI and experimentation, and leads a high-performing team.

Leads global lifecycle marketing and loyalty strategy across onboarding, adoption, renewal, win-back, and retention. Expands Quadient’s e-commerce loyalty program into new segments and regions through personalization, segmentation, automation, and connected customer journeys. Oversees CRM and Retention plus Content Strategy and Production teams, establishes testing and measurement frameworks, and partners cross-functionally with E-Commerce, Digital Experience, Sales, Analytics, IT, and R&D to improve engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
