Serves as the primary technical resource for sales and technical liaison to operations. Determines hyperscale customer requirements, designs complex data center and colocation solutions, presents technical concepts, responds to RFPs, and coordinates technical, contractual, and service-order information. The role requires strong knowledge of space, power, cooling, connectivity, and enterprise or hyperscale colocation solutioning, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Supports construction contract setup, compliance, billing, pay applications, change orders, project budgeting, and contract closeout. Provides e-Builder and Workday support, maintains project documentation, coordinates with project managers, contractors, vendors, designers, and accounting, and resolves payment reconciliations. Facilitates contractor onboarding and billing process training while tracking project milestones, payments, documentation, and approved contract changes.

The Communications Manager develops and executes external communications strategies across European markets. Responsibilities include creating press releases, media materials, website content, statements, FAQs, and storytelling assets; supporting media relations; coordinating stakeholder and community communications; monitoring news and sentiment; tracking communications metrics; and partnering with marketing, public policy, development, and community teams to support data center growth and launches.

Develops and executes sourcing and category-management strategies for data center-related direct and indirect spend. Leads spend analysis, supplier selection, RFPs, contract negotiations, cost optimization, implementation, supplier compliance, and long-range sourcing plans. Partners with internal stakeholders and senior management to deliver savings, governance, and value across construction, engineering, electrical, mechanical, facilities, and infrastructure categories.

Supports international insurance and risk management for data center development and operations. Responsibilities include insurance placements and renewals, construction and property coverage administration, claims coordination, contract and financing diligence, compliance tracking, stakeholder coordination, risk analysis, reporting, and transitions from construction insurance to operational coverage.

Manage European tax compliance and reporting across multiple countries, including corporate income tax, VAT, and property taxes. Review external tax filings, conduct research, support audits, communicate with tax authorities, and oversee tax projects. Improve tax processes through automation and technology while managing deadlines, shifting priorities, and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead administration, maintenance, upgrades, security, configuration, integrations, reporting, and optimization of the Workday HCM and Financials platform. Provide user support, training, documentation, issue ownership, on-call assistance, and guidance on best-practice configuration. Coordinate cross-functional reviews, support feature adoption, identify system deficiencies, and help design new Workday solutions while mentoring team members.

The Senior Category Sourcing Manager leads sourcing initiatives, manages contracts across various categories, coaches a team, and implements strategies for cost savings and efficiency.
