The Senior Category Sourcing Manager leads sourcing initiatives, manages contracts across various categories, coaches a team, and implements strategies for cost savings and efficiency.

Lead financial analysis and investment workstreams for European real estate and data center opportunities. Build and maintain financial models, prepare investment memos and committee presentations, coordinate due diligence and financing, support asset acquisitions, development and repositioning, maintain databases and legal/compliance templates, and drive process improvements.

Lead and manage design and pre-construction/construction teams across campuses. Oversee budgets, schedules, permitting, procurement, MEP coordination, commissioning, and executive-level program reporting. Support due diligence, master planning, and custom client solutioning for mission-critical data center projects.

Lead preparation and oversight of US and local GAAP financial statements, audits, intercompany reconciliations, and balance sheet integrity. Drive reporting automation using enterprise systems, communicate financial metrics to stakeholders, support ad hoc analysis, and lead projects to improve accounting processes and reporting.

The Senior HR Generalist will manage employee relations, support performance initiatives, improve HR processes across multiple European countries, and ensure compliance with local laws.
