Leading the Capital Modelling function to enhance strategic model use, support business planning, oversee capital allocation, and ensure robust regulatory forecasting, while developing a high-performing team and engaging senior stakeholders.

Develop and deploy predictive models for SME commercial insurance pricing, risk cost and demand modelling, and price optimisation. Collaborate with underwriting, pricing and data teams to translate insights into pricing recommendations, build analytical tools, monitor model performance, and lead projects while mentoring junior team members.
