Leads the resort’s finance and accounting operations, including financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, payroll, internal controls, tax support, and asset accounting. Analyzes profitability and budget performance, strengthens financial systems, ensures reporting accuracy and deadlines, and partners with ownership, lenders, management, and operational leaders. Manages, develops, and retains the accounting team in a complex, seasonal hospitality environment.

Build and support secure full-stack web applications, internal tools, APIs, data pipelines, and database schemas. Develop AI agents and LLM-powered solutions using Agentic AI, RAG, tool calling, guardrails, and Microsoft Foundry. Deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, implement automated testing and CI/CD, resolve application and data issues, and modernize legacy systems. Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable information and decision-support solutions.

Manages public relations for Benchmark Resorts & Hotels properties and portfolio campaigns. Responsibilities include media and influencer relations, story development, press materials, crisis communications support, campaign coordination, content development, media visits, reporting, and maintaining PR resources. The role partners with hotel teams, corporate stakeholders, and external agencies to generate coverage, execute integrated campaigns, and strengthen portfolio visibility.
