Manages, trains, and develops operators; coordinates with maintenance, engineering, supply chain, logistics, and quality teams; supports audits, risk assessments, HAZOPs, incident investigations, emergency response, and maintenance preparation. Maintains production and inventory records, drives housekeeping and waste reduction, and makes operational decisions under strict process controls.

Performs planned, corrective, reactive, and breakdown mechanical maintenance at a high-hazard chemical manufacturing facility. The role supports production and project teams, minimizes equipment downtime, follows permit-to-work and isolation procedures, assists with maintenance planning and competency training, and participates in HSE initiatives. The position requires a hands-on mechanical fitter with process manufacturing experience, strong safety awareness, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with CMMS systems.
