Improve reliability and performance at a chemical manufacturing site through condition monitoring, data analysis, root cause analysis, maintenance strategy optimization, defect elimination, and small CAPEX projects. The role works closely with maintenance, engineering, planning, and operations teams, using vibration, oil, thermography, and ultrasound techniques to identify equipment risks and implement effective corrective actions.

Provide expert health, safety, and environmental guidance at a high-hazard chemical manufacturing site. Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses; analyze HSE trends; support HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, management of change, and COMAH compliance. Manage contractor HSE processes, deliver training, support emergency preparedness, liaise with regulators, and promote continuous improvement and a strong behavioral safety culture.
