Maintains production and inventory records, drives housekeeping and waste reduction, and makes operational decisions under strict process controls.

Performs planned, corrective, reactive, and breakdown mechanical maintenance at a high-hazard chemical manufacturing facility. The role supports production and project teams, minimizes equipment downtime, follows permit-to-work and isolation procedures, assists with maintenance planning and competency training, and participates in HSE initiatives. The position requires a hands-on mechanical fitter with process manufacturing experience, strong safety awareness, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with CMMS systems.

Provide expert health, safety, and environmental guidance at a high-hazard chemical manufacturing site. Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses; analyze HSE trends; support HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, management of change, and COMAH compliance. Manage contractor HSE processes, deliver training, support emergency preparedness, liaise with regulators, and promote continuous improvement and a strong behavioral safety culture.
