Lead the development of spatial and location models supporting gym expansion, catchment analysis, demand forecasting, pricing, retention, and commercial decisions. Own models from prototype through production, including validation, monitoring, deployment, versioning, and documentation. Partner with Property, Finance, Engineering, Data, and MLOps teams, communicate uncertainty and recommendations to senior stakeholders, and establish scalable data science standards.

Take machine learning models from development into reliable production services. Own deployment, CI/CD, monitoring, retraining, release management, model governance, and cost optimization using MLOps practices. Build reusable tooling and standards, automate model workflows, collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers, and coach colleagues on software engineering best practices.

Leads PureGym’s global privacy and data protection strategy as designated Data Protection Officer. Oversees GDPR and international privacy compliance, regulatory engagement, DPIAs, data subject rights, cross-border transfers, third-party risk, incidents, policies, training, records management, and governance. Advises senior leaders, manages privacy risks, and balances legal obligations with commercial objectives across multiple jurisdictions.
