Define and operationalise scalable platform services and delivery-readiness frameworks. Lead a Platform Services Engineer, collaborate with Product Engineering to translate product capabilities into repeatable service offerings, manage documentation/version control, drive automation and continuous improvement (AI-first mindset), and establish service standards, SLAs, and enablement for global deployment.

Lead UK & Ireland partner and distributor GTM strategy for enterprise storage and data management. Own partner ecosystem growth, profitability, forecasting, enablement, and channel investments. Manage and coach Partner/Distribution Account Managers, represent channel to senior partners, align with regional leadership, and drive data-driven partner performance.

Partner with EMEA and LATAM Systems Engineering leaders to lead sales operations: run operating cadences (QBRs/MBRs), analyze Salesforce and BI data, drive strategic programs and transformation, build executive-ready reporting, and apply AI-driven analytics to deliver actionable insights and program execution.
