Own and run end-to-end contract workflow for commercial teams: negotiate brand and agency terms (IP, licensing, usage), create templates and playbooks, train Sales/Client Services, manage external counsel, review production/talent agreements and insurance, provide advertising regulatory clearance, improve turnaround times, and partner with Finance and Operations on legal, compliance and risk matters.

Leads the full content organization, including flagship brand strategy, original formats, owned IP, YouTube growth, content monetization, commercial products, budget ownership, and UK-US team development. The role reports to the CEO and sets content strategy, quality standards, investment priorities, and organizational systems while partnering with Studio and Commercial teams.

Own growth and channel strategy for creator pages across Facebook and YouTube. Lead editors and content researchers, oversee content packaging and publishing workflows, analyze performance, set growth targets, manage creator onboarding, and translate platform and audience insights into editorial and commercial decisions.
