Owns end-to-end recruitment, recruitment administration, candidate screening, interview coordination, sourcing, employer branding, job advertising, and pre-boarding. Builds talent pipelines, supports inclusive hiring, partners with hiring managers, manages candidate communications, and uses recruitment data to improve pipeline quality and conversion. The role also contributes to social content, recruitment events, and AI-assisted sourcing and workflow improvements.

Own and run end-to-end contract workflow for commercial teams: negotiate brand and agency terms (IP, licensing, usage), create templates and playbooks, train Sales/Client Services, manage external counsel, review production/talent agreements and insurance, provide advertising regulatory clearance, improve turnaround times, and partner with Finance and Operations on legal, compliance and risk matters.

Leads the full content organization, including flagship brand strategy, original formats, owned IP, YouTube growth, content monetization, commercial products, budget ownership, and UK-US team development. The role reports to the CEO and sets content strategy, quality standards, investment priorities, and organizational systems while partnering with Studio and Commercial teams.
