Manage end-to-end delivery of branded content campaigns as primary client contact. Lead strategy, creative briefing, project management, performance monitoring, reporting, and business development to drive campaign success, client satisfaction, and account growth.

Own and run end-to-end contract workflow for commercial teams: negotiate brand and agency terms (IP, licensing, usage), create templates and playbooks, train Sales/Client Services, manage external counsel, review production/talent agreements and insurance, provide advertising regulatory clearance, improve turnaround times, and partner with Finance and Operations on legal, compliance and risk matters.

Lead day-to-day social strategy and growth for emerging brands across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. Manage content ideation, editing, publishing, community moderation, analytics-driven optimization, creator partnerships, and a team of social admins. Contribute to brand-building campaigns, influencer activations, and larger commercial initiatives.
