Supports sales and customer acquisition for Onshape's cloud-native CAD and PDM platform through product demonstrations, technical evaluations, and customer technical support. Collaborates with sales, Customer Success, marketing, and development teams; creates technical content, gathers customer feedback, communicates product value, and stays current with engineering software and industry trends.

Own strategic and enterprise sales growth for Onshape across the Benelux region. Manage the full sales cycle, develop territory and account strategies, acquire new logos, lead complex value-based sales engagements, and close high-value deals with multiple stakeholders. Provide direction to BDRs, collaborate with Marketing, Technical Services, and Customer Success, identify expansion opportunities, and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce.

Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth for Onshape among SMB manufacturers, startups, and engineering firms across APAC. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, run product demonstrations, convert trial users, address technical objections, maintain Salesforce pipeline accuracy, and identify expansion opportunities. The role requires selling cloud-based CAD and PDM solutions against legacy tools while achieving quarterly revenue and activity targets.
