Drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth for Onshape SMB by managing the full high-velocity sales cycle. Prospect, qualify, demo (with technical support), close deals, maintain Salesforce pipeline and forecasts, collaborate with marketing and customer success to identify expansion opportunities, and achieve quarterly revenue targets.

Lead strategic account growth for Onshape across EMEA, owning retention, renewals, expansion revenue, executive relationships, forecasting, and customer advocacy. Develop multi-year account strategies, identify expansion opportunities, conduct executive business reviews, manage risks, partner cross-functionally, and mentor account managers. Success is measured through net revenue retention, expansion revenue, renewal rates, adoption, forecast accuracy, executive engagement, and customer satisfaction.
