The Client Services Manager will oversee Private Equity projects, manage client relationships, lead a team, and drive growth through strategic initiatives.

Own and build commercial operations processes for contract renewals, RFPs, and governance. Lead major client renewal and RFP programs, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, resolve client requests, track initiatives and integrations, manage strategic projects, maintain account knowledge, and prepare commercial reviews for leadership. The role requires strong program management, stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision-making, and process-building skills, with opportunities to apply generative AI and automation.

Lead the redesign of a cloud-native data platform to power agent-driven systems. Define build-vs-buy strategy, oversee unified AI search (vector, keyword, GraphRAG), architect multi-agent and human-in-the-loop workflows, build knowledge-graph and enrichment pipelines, and enable cross-cloud data orchestration while mentoring and growing a multidisciplinary data and AI engineering team.
