Interim lead for Growth Data Science & Analytics managing a team of three. Own analytics roadmap, BI reporting, and ExCo-facing insights on marketplace health and revenue. Prioritise delivery, stakeholder management, and translating complex analysis into clear executive narratives to inform growth investments.

Build and validate verification systems to identify high-quality expert participants. Define problems, generate hypotheses, run experiments, prototype ML/statistical solutions, and turn approaches into production-ready models while collaborating across teams.

Design and prototype applied ML methods to improve human data quality, judgement aggregation, and AI evaluation. Build experiments, benchmarks, and reliability tests; apply classical ML, statistics, LLMs, and agentic techniques. Rapidly prototype with Python, partner with product and engineering to translate methods into scalable platform capabilities, and communicate technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
