The Engagement Associate will support the Engagement Management team by helping address customer needs, driving adoption, and facilitating strategic initiatives through customer engagement and collaboration with internal teams.

Own the customer journey for 25–35 enterprise accounts, from onboarding and implementation through measurable outcomes. Serve as a strategic advisor, conduct business reviews, manage stakeholders, identify risks, and drive platform adoption. Develop expertise in AI search and large language models while partnering with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering to resolve challenges and align customer value with commercial goals.

Manage a portfolio of 45–55 mid-market customers, owning onboarding, implementation, adoption, engagement, and measurable business outcomes. Serve as a trusted advisor on AI search strategy, develop customer success plans, and deliver presentations and demonstrations. Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Product, and Engineering to resolve challenges, mitigate customer risk, and align value delivery with commercial goals.
