Teams at Profound

Own day-to-day office operations for Profound’s London office, including facilities, supplies, inventory, vendors, maintenance, security, access, and general readiness. Support onboarding, team events, visiting colleagues, and employee questions while maintaining a consistent office experience. The role requires strong organization, reliability, service orientation, logistics coordination, and comfort working in a rapidly changing startup environment.

Leads and develops a customer-facing Forward Deployed Marketing Engineering team. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, managing performance, leading onsite customer engagements, setting delivery standards, building partner capability, coordinating account delivery, collaborating with Product and Engineering, and turning successful marketing workflows into repeatable templates and playbooks.

Embed with customer marketing teams to identify opportunities, build and refine AI-powered workflows and agents, and drive adoption of Profound. Apply marketing judgment to research, briefs, content, campaigns, reporting, and page audits. Partner with account and engineering teams, train agency and consulting partners, create reusable playbooks, and communicate product opportunities. The role requires regular onsite customer work and travel from the NYC or San Francisco office.
