Manage a portfolio of 40–60 agency accounts to drive renewals and expansion. Co-manage customer lifecycle with engagement teams, build agency and client relationships, map organizations, manage pipeline and forecasts, lead executive business reviews and negotiations, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption and measurable ROI.

Manage a portfolio of 45–55 mid-market customers as the primary advisor. Own onboarding, implementation, and success planning to drive measurable outcomes, collaborate with Sales/Product/Engineering, and develop scalable and white-glove strategies while becoming an expert in AI search and large language models.

Serve as primary advisor for 25–35 enterprise customers, owning onboarding through measurable outcomes. Conduct strategic reviews, identify opportunities and risks, build stakeholder relationships, become an AI search and LLM expert, multi-thread engagements, and partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Account Management to optimize implementations and resolve technical challenges.
