Own and execute EMEA partnerships strategy: recruit, onboard and grow partner relationships, drive commercial outcomes with Sales, and coordinate cross-functionally to scale Primer across the region.

Own a sub-area of Financial Operations end-to-end: define problems from merchant feedback and data, write detailed specs for payments edge cases, plan and deliver initiatives with engineering and design, set metrics, drive launches and rapid iteration, and represent the product to merchants and stakeholders.

Own and improve Primer's GTM intelligence: maintain dashboards and semantic models, train BI/LLM models (Omni/Claude), surface pipeline/account signals, ensure correct Salesforce modeling, build revenue-driving models and GTM AI workflows, partner with data engineering and RevOps, drive adoption, and promote self-serve data literacy.
