Provide in-store People & Culture administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, talent and succession, employee relations, engagement and wellbeing. Support Store Management and the Store P&C Business Partner, maintain P&C reporting and KPIs, and ensure confidentiality and strong stakeholder communication.

Lead category performance measurement and research programs combining sales, syndicated data and primary research to inform range planning, product development and category growth. Translate insights into strategic narratives, roadmaps and automated dashboards while partnering with Buying, Merchandising and Design and developing insight capability across teams.

Manage an allocated store department, oversee daily store operations, lead and coach retail assistants, drive sales and visual merchandising, manage stock and tills, and support team development and customer experience.
