Designs commercial AV systems based on customer requirements, develops proposals and bills of materials, creates schematics and rack layouts, and coordinates with CAD, project management, contractors, manufacturers, and distributors. Provides pre-sales and post-sales technical support, manages RFIs and change requests, supports commissioning and troubleshooting, evaluates new AV technologies, and maintains project documentation.

Lead installation and delivery of enterprise audiovisual and collaboration systems across the UK. Responsibilities include assembling, wiring, mounting, configuring, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintaining, and operating AV equipment. The role supports project and site managers, provides on-site technical services, maintains client relationships, ensures quality standards, and complies with health and safety requirements. Mentoring and team leadership are also expected.

Design and deliver AWS cloud solutions across migration, modernisation, networking, and security. Lead pre-sales discovery, produce architecture proposals and SOWs, execute migrations (MGN, DMS), design landing zones, IAM, network topology and compliance controls, advise on EKS/ECS and serverless, produce documentation and runbooks, manage client expectations, and mentor junior engineers.
