As a Senior Data Engineer, you will design and manage data ingestion pipelines, ensuring scalability, reliability, and quality of data for analytics and machine learning purposes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data standards and governance while promoting self-service and standardization across the organization.

Manage and scale Engineering hiring: lead a team of TA partners, own complex technical searches, build hiring processes, track funnel metrics, run calibration, shape sourcing and employer brand, and improve hiring quality and predictability across Barcelona, London, and Kyiv.

Lead end-to-end revenue accounting, ASC 606 technical analysis, revenue journal entries, reconciliations, and controls. Partner cross-functionally to assess accounting implications of new products, drive SOX and SEC disclosure readiness, improve automation between billing systems and NetSuite, and apply AI tools to scale revenue processes.
