Lead design and roadmap for a scalable ML/GenAI platform: lifecycle architecture (training, deployment, monitoring), cloud-native GPU infrastructure, CI/CD for ML, observability and governance, LLM/vector retrieval capabilities, self-service tooling, cross-functional alignment, and mentoring senior engineers to accelerate safe, cost-efficient production ML at company scale.

Lead FP&A for B2C marketing economics: own modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and executive reporting. Partner with Growth Marketing on channel investment, geo expansion, incrementality, and paid/organic dynamics. Build investment frameworks, guardrails, and ROI-driven decision tools using Looker, Excel/Sheets and AI to improve model accuracy and inform CMO/CFO-level decisions.

Own financial and operational strategy for Preply's B2B business: build predictive FP&A and forecasting models, integrate Salesforce/ERP/analytics, run the deal desk, design GTM KPIs and incentives, formalize contracting and compliance, and champion AI-native tooling to automate reporting and enable data-driven decisions across Finance, Sales, Product, Legal, and Treasury.

Lead development and deployment of multimodal neural search and ranking models for personalized learning. Conduct research, prototype and productionize deep learning NLP/IR solutions, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior scientists, and establish ML best practices.

Lead technical direction across multiple squads; design, build, and scale backend systems (Python/Django), data pipelines, and third-party integrations; drive complex initiatives end-to-end; mentor engineers, run architectural reviews, and improve reliability, observability, and performance; partner with PMs and leadership on roadmaps and trade-offs; participate in on-call rotation.
