The role requires a bachelor's degree, strong communication and analytical skills, organization, self-motivation, and 0–2 years of lead generation, inside sales, or business development experience, preferably in life sciences.

Reviews contracts, budgets, payment schedules, and change orders; prepares invoices, revenue calculations, cash-flow analyses, and monthly project backlog reports. Supports project managers with profitability tracking and financial analysis for clinical research projects. Maintains financial system setup and tracking worksheets, attends project meetings, and responds to project-related questions. Requires accounting or finance experience within a CRO, revenue recognition system expertise, strong Excel skills, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.
