Provides legal and regulatory advice across PPRO’s global payments product lifecycle, including digital assets, stablecoins, AI, payment services, privacy, and cross-border data flows. Reviews commercial and partner agreements, drafts customer-facing terms, monitors regulatory developments, supports product launches, and advises compliance, risk, engineering, treasury, and commercial teams. The role also improves legal governance processes and translates complex legal and technical issues into practical business guidance.

Provide first- and second-line IT support for the London office, including executive support, access administration, macOS and Windows device lifecycle management, onboarding and offboarding, office connectivity, audiovisual hardware, knowledge-base documentation, and vendor coordination. Collaborate with global support hubs and introduce AI productivity tools while maintaining secure, reliable employee technology experiences.

Own data-driven product marketing and go-to-market strategy by building the Ideal Customer Profile from Salesforce, Gong, product, and transaction data. Lead sales enablement through battlecards, presentations, FAQs, training, and AI workflows. Analyze win/loss results, measure enablement impact on conversion and deal velocity, and translate insights into campaign targeting, messaging, positioning, launches, and broader GTM initiatives.
