Serve customers at the trade counter and in-store, recommend products, maintain store presentation, manage stock and deliveries, complete required training, and provide friendly customer service.

Manage day-to-day depot operations in Maidstone, lead and develop a small team, ensure KPIs and SLAs are met, oversee inventory, transport and vehicle compliance, enforce H&S/EHS standards, and drive customer service and continuous improvement.

Pick, pack, assemble and load customer orders accurately, plan and complete local deliveries, collect payments as required, follow health and safety and warehouse procedures, use IT equipment for order processing, and provide excellent customer service while supporting depot operations.
