Teams at Postman

As a Customer Success Engineer, you will solve complex customer issues by consulting on technical implementations, building reusable assets, and providing adaptive problem-solving in collaboration with Customer Success Managers.

Provide technical support for Postman's API platform: diagnose and resolve customer issues across channels, collaborate with engineering/product teams, build internal tools and FAQs, deliver phone and community support, and participate in weekend and London-time coverage.

As a Talent Sourcer, you will identify and engage candidates through various sourcing strategies, partner with recruiters, track metrics, and contribute to employer branding while supporting diversity initiatives.
