Responsibilities include creating 2D and 3D drawings in AutoCAD, Inventor, and Revit; preparing takeoffs, estimates, and quotations; resolving technical queries; supporting sales, quality, manufacturing, and product development; handling customer complaints; and attending customer sites and pre-construction meetings.
