Provide end-to-end support for enterprise clients: triage tickets, investigate faults (including listening to calls), use AI tooling to fix or escalate issues, translate requests into prompts in PolyAI Agent Studio, share analytics, and collaborate with professional services and customer success to upsell and improve workflows.

The Staff Product Designer will lead design initiatives on the Agent Studio platform, focusing on user experience across various channels and advocating for design systems while mentoring other designers.

Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure); automate operations with Terraform and CI/CD; run Kubernetes in production; improve developer experience; respond to incidents; optimize cost and reliability.
