Provide end-to-end support for enterprise clients: triage tickets, investigate faults (including listening to calls), use AI tooling to fix or escalate issues, translate requests into prompts in PolyAI Agent Studio, share analytics, and collaborate with professional services and customer success to upsell and improve workflows.

Own product messaging, positioning, and competitive intelligence for PolyAI voice assistants. Define go-to-market strategy, develop personas and sales enablement collateral, drive demand and analyst relations, run customer research, maintain competitive databases, scale the product marketing team, and represent the company externally.

Lead PolyAI's social and internal communications: own social strategy and execution, shape corporate narrative, elevate executive voices, run employee and customer advocacy, partner with PR/Brand/Product Marketing, monitor and engage communities, and measure social impact on reach and pipeline.
