Lead delivery and oversight of the underwriting oversight framework across a portfolio of syndicates. Monitor syndicate performance against business plans, coordinate corrective actions, manage SBF and mid-year changes, maintain records and compliance with Lloyd's principles, and produce committee packs and MI for governance meetings.

Manage accounting and reporting for two to three Lloyd's-managed syndicates, including GAAP accounts, Lloyd's regulatory returns, external and board reporting. Lead quarterly close, external audits, onboarding/migration of syndicates, technical accounting (eg. RITCs), financial controls, and development of standardized reporting, MI dashboards and processes. Lead and develop the finance team and partner with actuarial, claims and data teams in a change-focused environment.

Support the Head of Compliance Oversight in delivering Consumer Duty, conduct risk and regulatory compliance. Develop and monitor frameworks, analyse complaints and MI, prepare committee and board reporting, coordinate Lloyd's attestation, advise business areas, support monitoring and assurance activities, and maintain regulatory awareness. Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to regulatory change, projects and process improvements to ensure good customer outcomes and a strong conduct culture.
