Lead delivery and oversight of the underwriting oversight framework across a portfolio of syndicates. Monitor syndicate performance against business plans, coordinate corrective actions, manage SBF and mid-year changes, maintain records and compliance with Lloyd's principles, and produce committee packs and MI for governance meetings.

Supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational resilience, outsourcing, and third-party risk frameworks. Maintains business service mappings, tracks vulnerabilities and remedial actions, supports scenario testing, regulatory responses, audits, governance forums, and annual self-assessments. Monitors third-party performance, financial resilience, due diligence, SLAs, and renewals while helping onboard syndicates and maintain compliant documentation.

Leads Polo Digital’s product ownership function and oversees Appian’s vision, strategy, roadmap, development, standards, deployment, and continuous improvement. Manages product backlogs, change portfolios, stakeholder coordination, implementation partners, client customisation, performance analytics, and service optimisation. Provides leadership, coaching, and governance to scale digital platforms and services across multiple business lines and regulated enterprise environments.

Leads independent pricing governance and oversight across managed Lloyd’s syndicates. Reviews pricing methodologies, assumptions, models, controls, reporting, data governance, and technology architecture. Provides strategic leadership, regulatory liaison, Board and committee engagement, and expert challenge to underwriting teams. Supports new syndicate applications, profitability, Solvency UK compliance, Lloyd’s requirements, ORSA reporting, actuarial opinions, risk management, and development of pricing teams.

Lead underwriting governance and onboarding for new syndicates, maintain underwriting policies, conduct file reviews, manage exception reporting and corrective actions, support regulatory returns and committee reporting, and ensure compliance with Lloyd's Principles and statutory obligations.

Support the Head of Compliance Oversight in delivering Consumer Duty, conduct risk and regulatory compliance. Develop and monitor frameworks, analyse complaints and MI, prepare committee and board reporting, coordinate Lloyd's attestation, advise business areas, support monitoring and assurance activities, and maintain regulatory awareness. Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to regulatory change, projects and process improvements to ensure good customer outcomes and a strong conduct culture.
