Lead delivery and oversight of the underwriting oversight framework across a portfolio of syndicates. Monitor syndicate performance against business plans, coordinate corrective actions, manage SBF and mid-year changes, maintain records and compliance with Lloyd's principles, and produce committee packs and MI for governance meetings.

Manage accounting and reporting for two to three Lloyd's-managed syndicates, including GAAP accounts, Lloyd's regulatory returns, external and board reporting. Lead quarterly close, external audits, onboarding/migration of syndicates, technical accounting (eg. RITCs), financial controls, and development of standardized reporting, MI dashboards and processes. Lead and develop the finance team and partner with actuarial, claims and data teams in a change-focused environment.

Support the Head of Compliance Oversight in delivering Consumer Duty, conduct risk and regulatory compliance. Develop and monitor frameworks, analyse complaints and MI, prepare committee and board reporting, coordinate Lloyd's attestation, advise business areas, support monitoring and assurance activities, and maintain regulatory awareness. Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to regulatory change, projects and process improvements to ensure good customer outcomes and a strong conduct culture.

Support the Head of Exposure Management to implement and operate PoloManaging Agency's exposure management framework across syndicates. Manage catastrophe and non-catastrophe exposure processes, produce regulatory and committee reporting, assist with Lloyd's exposure filings and PBO compliance, validate and manage cat view of risk, and drive continual improvements and digital solutions for exposure management.

Lead product definition, backlog and roadmap for Intelligent Risk Capture and Digital Services. Bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams through the full SDLC, own technical IP and standards, support client deployments and customisations, run agile ceremonies, monitor performance, and drive continuous, data-driven product improvements.

Provide Tier 2 support and administration for Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). Triage and resolve incidents, troubleshoot integrations and data issues, support business processes, assist governance and compliance, produce user documentation, recommend improvements, and contribute to projects and platform enhancements.

The Risk Manager will enhance the risk management framework, perform risk assessments, conduct risk analysis, and support project oversight within the agency.

Produce, review and enhance Lloyd's regulatory and internal financial reports for multiple syndicates; ensure compliance with Lloyd's guidance; maintain controls and audit trails; drive reporting automation and data quality improvements; act as key contact for Lloyd's, auditors and stakeholders; deliver management information and ad hoc analysis.

Lead and oversee reserving activities for managed Lloyd's syndicates, providing actuarial challenge and oversight of best estimate reserves and Solvency UK Technical Provisions. Liaise with underwriting, claims, finance and external providers, produce committee papers, support regulatory and audit interactions, and contribute to process improvements, system changes and syndicate onboarding while ensuring compliance with Lloyd's, PRA and professional actuarial standards.

Lead underwriting governance and onboarding for new syndicates, maintain underwriting policies, conduct file reviews, manage exception reporting and corrective actions, support regulatory returns and committee reporting, and ensure compliance with Lloyd's Principles and statutory obligations.

Manage and oversee the end-to-end outwards reinsurance cycle for managed syndicates, providing client liaison, oversight, regulatory reporting, governance, and BAU support. Review and challenge business plans and mid-year changes, monitor syndicate performance, coordinate with stakeholders (Lloyd's, PRA, FCA, brokers), and ensure systems, controls and regulatory returns are delivered on time.

The Risk Actuary provides actuarial insights across risk areas, supporting modelling, capital adequacy assessments, and regulatory compliance while engaging with stakeholders to translate insights into decisions.
