Provides HR and payroll administration across the employee lifecycle. Coordinates monthly payroll with an outsourced provider, maintains accurate confidential records, handles employee queries, and supports recruitment, offers, onboarding, employee relations, and wider HR activities. The role requires strong organization, numerical accuracy, communication, customer service, deadline management, problem-solving, and proficiency with HR systems, Microsoft Office, and spreadsheets.

Supports implementation of a new finance system, including configuration review, data cleansing and migration, reconciliation, UAT, reporting validation, process improvement, user training, go-live support, and control enhancement. Acts as the finance subject matter expert while coordinating with finance users, IT, implementation consultants, vendors, and business stakeholders. Requires ACA qualification and extensive experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV.
