Own and scale Plum’s Investments and Pensions product pillar globally. Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and user experience across trading, investments, pensions, and wealth management. Lead and mentor product teams while partnering with Design, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal. Use AI and automation to improve investment decisions and customer interactions, while driving assets under management, activation, retention, pension consolidation, and revenue growth.

Build and iterate Plum's iOS app using Swift and iOS SDK. Write robust, well-tested code, ship to the App Store, collaborate with cross-functional squads, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to product-driven mobile features.

The Senior Backend Engineer will design and build scalable systems, mentor junior engineers, identify process efficiencies, and communicate technical challenges effectively.
