Leads Playtech’s global internal controls and assurance strategy, frameworks, and operating model. Oversees financial reporting, operational, technology, IT, access, segregation-of-duties, and third-party controls. Directs risk-based scoping, testing, remediation, certification, monitoring, and Board-level reporting. Partners with Finance, Technology, Risk, Internal Audit, and external audit while driving automation, AI, and data analytics. Builds and develops a high-performing assurance team and strengthens control maturity across a complex multinational organization.

Build and deploy practical AI tools, prototypes, applications, APIs, agentic workflows, and shared platform capabilities. Partner with business and engineering teams to drive AI adoption, improve solution performance and cost, and establish responsible AI governance. The role also involves evaluating emerging AI technologies, creating reusable patterns, mentoring colleagues, and mitigating AI risks across a regulated, multi-product organization.
