Leads strategic partnerships and complex commercial deals across PlayStation Studios, from opportunity assessment and commercial structuring through negotiation, contracting, approvals, execution, and lifecycle management. Evaluates deal economics, licensing, intellectual property, financial implications, and risks while coordinating Legal, Finance, business leaders, and external partners. Develops recommendations, manages stakeholder alignment, and supports commercial partnerships across Europe and other regions.

Manage EMEA payroll operations with external vendors, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing. Review payroll data and outputs, resolve discrepancies, coordinate with HR, Finance, Compensation, Benefits, and mobility teams, and support international assignee shadow payrolls. Maintain procedures, respond to payroll queries, manage service-level agreements, and implement process improvements across complex international payroll activities.
