Lead large-scale finance transformation programs including PMO and OCM activities. Design and implement Finance Target Operating and Service Delivery Models, conduct current-state assessments, manage project execution, stakeholder engagement, change activities, and benefits realization. Provide people leadership and coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive reporting to drive scalable, technology-enabled finance transformation.

Lead marketing analytics strategy and team to build measurement frameworks, attribution and experimentation, improve marketing ROI, and evolve data infrastructure for Product, Hardware, Store and Services. Partner across Marketing, Product, Finance and Data to deliver insights, optimize owned and earned channels, and present recommendations to executives.

Lead and grow the EMEA Technical Program Management team while partnering with the VP and Engineering Leadership to drive organizational planning, execution, and operational excellence. Own planning, reporting, KPIs, talent development, governance, and cross-regional alignment. Serve as a strategic advisor, lead high-impact initiatives, improve predictability of engineering delivery, and build scalable operating models and decision frameworks.
