As Director of Product Management, lead a team to develop and manage live service games, collaborating with studios on strategy, insights, and performance growth.

Lead large-scale finance transformation programs including PMO and OCM activities. Design and implement Finance Target Operating and Service Delivery Models, conduct current-state assessments, manage project execution, stakeholder engagement, change activities, and benefits realization. Provide people leadership and coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive reporting to drive scalable, technology-enabled finance transformation.

Measure product and commercial impact using experimentation, quasi-experimental and observational causal inference. Design experiments, apply statistical and ML methods, build reusable analytics, partner with product and engineering, and communicate insights to stakeholders to support evidence-based decisions.
