Configure, maintain, and improve Planet’s Workday Core HCM platform. Build reports, calculated fields, business processes, condition rules, and related configurations; investigate issues; support testing and releases; and improve data quality, user experience, governance, and operational controls. The role partners with People Operations, Payroll, Reward, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable Workday solutions.

Process and validate international payrolls across multiple countries, coordinate payroll vendors, review payroll results, manage approvals and payments, and support employees and stakeholders. The specialist maintains payroll procedures, improves efficiency and accuracy, participates in transition projects, and provides backup coverage for other specialists and the Payroll Manager.

Leads Planet’s highest-value financial institution partnerships, owning commercial performance, revenue growth, strategic planning, governance, contractual delivery, and executive relationships. Develops joint business plans, expands products and markets, manages complex cross-functional programs, and ensures compliance, risk management, forecasting, and operational execution across global teams. The role influences Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Commercial stakeholders without direct authority and requires international travel.
