Develops roadmaps, integrated plans, milestones, governance, reporting frameworks, and executive communications. Manages multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, priorities, and stakeholder relationships across global teams. The role requires significant programme management experience in technology, payments, retail, hospitality, or fintech environments, with strong transformation, product delivery, or customer implementation expertise.

Identify, recruit, negotiate with, and sign strategic technology partners across retail and hospitality. Build partner pipelines, develop joint value propositions, manage commercial agreements, support integrations and onboarding, and establish joint sales pipelines. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, Solution Consulting, and Marketing teams while owning partner KPIs and transitioning established relationships to Partner Management.

Lead integrated B2B marketing programs across email, paid media, webinars, events, and partner channels. Develop account-based, customer, demand generation, and lifecycle campaigns that drive pipeline, customer engagement, cross-sell, and revenue growth. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and specialist marketing teams; create customer stories and enablement materials; track campaign performance; and improve marketing processes and execution.
