Design, automate, secure, and operate AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure supporting AI and generative AI platforms. Build Terraform-based infrastructure, manage networking, identity, containers, Kubernetes, monitoring, governance, and cost controls. Support production operations, incident response, troubleshooting, documentation, and compliance in partnership with AI, Data, Security, and Application teams.

Build and deploy commercial data science models for churn prediction, cross-sell and upsell, revenue attribution, and next-best-action recommendations. Design experiments and causal analyses, productionize models on AWS, manage feature engineering and monitoring, and communicate insights to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and executive stakeholders. The role requires strong Python, SQL, statistics, cloud data warehouse, and production machine learning experience.

Lead sourcing, negotiating and signing strategic ISV and technology partners across Retail and Hospitality. Build pipeline, own end-to-end deals, coordinate onboarding and integrations with Product/Technology, drive joint GTM and KPIs, then hand over to Partner Management after go-live.
